I'm Connor — a digital product consultant based in Portage, Michigan who builds custom apps for small and mid-size businesses that deserve better software than what's available off the shelf.


Before consulting, I managed field operations across 200+ active work zone sites, leading a 20-person crew while improving fleet delivery efficiency from 36.8% to 47.4% and growing annual throughput 42% — through better scheduling, not new software budgets.
