An awarded quote converts straight to a job — the equipment you quoted becomes the starting point for the first delivery ticket, so nothing gets re-typed.

This is what a customer would see logging in — only their own jobs, nothing else.

Why This App
This is a simplified version of a real category of tool — traffic control and barricade rental companies run their whole operation through something like this, from the first quote to the final invoice.
Every ticket type reflects how these jobs actually work. A multi-day job gets a First Ticket for the initial delivery, Add-On tickets if more equipment goes out later, and a Complete Return that automatically calculates everything still on-site — no re-typing what's already been delivered. A one-day job can use a single ticket that handles delivery and return together.
High-value items like arrow boards and message boards are tracked as individually numbered units, not just a count — so you always know exactly which board is on which job.
Drivers get assigned right on the job, customers can log in to see only their own jobs and request new work, and permits get flagged automatically before they expire — not after.
Lost paper tickets
Every ticket lives on the job record permanently, signature and photo included.
Re-counting what's still on site
Complete Return auto-fills with exactly what's currently out — nobody re-types it.
Quotes that don't match what shipped
Converting a quote to a job carries the quoted equipment straight into the first ticket.
Customers calling to check status
The Customer View button shows exactly what a client would see logging in themselves.
Permits expiring unnoticed
The Dashboard flags anything expiring within two weeks — or already expired.
Re-adding the same setup every time
Equipment Kits add a standard combination — like a full lane closure — in one tap instead of item by item.
Crews crisscrossing town
Filter the Job Board by zone so nobody's driving across the city between two jobs on the same route.
Guessing at driver hours
Drivers clock in and out right on the Drivers tab — no separate timesheet to reconcile later.
Damaged equipment nobody billed for
Return tickets let a driver flag exactly what came back damaged or lost — it's removed from the fleet and billed automatically.
Weather delays with no record
Put a job on hold with a reason — it stays visible and comes right back when work resumes.
