Klok Ventures, LLC provides business efficiency and technology consulting services — including custom software tools, process automation, workflow improvement, and digital product development — for small and mid-size businesses. Software built for clients is generally provided under a license and subscription model: Klok Ventures retains ownership of the software delivered, and the client receives an ongoing right to use it for as long as the applicable subscription remains active. The specific terms of ownership, licensing, and payment for any engagement are governed by the signed agreement between Klok Ventures and the client, not by these Terms.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, example applications, and code — is the property of Connor Klok / Klok Ventures and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

The example applications presented on this Site are proprietary works of Klok Ventures. They are made available for viewing and evaluation purposes only. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use them as the basis for a commercial product without entering into a paid services agreement with us.

Intellectual property rights for custom tools and applications developed for clients are governed by the applicable Client Services Agreement. Client work product is not covered by these Terms.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material

• Use the example applications for commercial purposes without a paid agreement

This Site and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Klok Ventures makes no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Example applications are provided for illustrative purposes and may not reflect the full functionality of a deployed product. Information on the Site regarding timelines, outcomes, or results is provided in good faith but is not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Klok Ventures and Connor Klok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to your use of this Site shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
