This is a simplified version of a tool built to catch the leads and follow-ups that usually fall through — not by adding more manual work, but by reacting automatically when something happens.
Try the simulate buttons on the Lead Inbox tab. Simulating an after-hours message fires an automatic reply — unless you switch that automation off first on the Automations tab, in which case nothing fires. Simulating a missed call works differently on purpose: it doesn't send anything back, it just logs the call as a lead flagged for callback, so it can't get forgotten even without automated texting on that number.
Every lead — phone, web form, DM, referral, walk-in — lands in one inbox tagged by source, so you always know what's actually bringing in business.
The Referrals tab has two sides. "Refer a Friend" is what an actual customer fills out themselves, from a link you'd send after a job — not something staff types in secondhand. Once submitted, it's the same referral you can mark converted and issue a real $25 credit against, right there in the same list.
Missed calls turning into missed business
A missed call is automatically logged as a lead flagged for callback — captured, not forgotten.
Leads scattered across five different inboxes
Every source lands in one place, tagged, so nothing gets lost in someone's personal phone.
Past customers who just quietly disappear
Anyone gone 60+ days gets surfaced automatically for one-click re-engagement.
